Do I need to be pre-approved before we start looking?
Not necessarily! If you’re just starting to explore, we can talk through your options first. Before we start seriously touring homes or writing offers, I’ll help get you connected with a trusted lender so you know exactly what you’re comfortable spending.
You can have your own real estate agent represent you when purchasing from a builder, and I recommend having someone on your side throughout the process.
The builder's sales representative works for the builder. I can help you understand the contract, compare incentives, ask the right questions, attend important appointments, and advocate for you throughout the transaction.
It’s best to have your agent involved before your first visit or registration with a builder, since builder policies regarding agent representation can vary.
Do I need a Realtor if I’m buying a new construction home?
